A refundable security deposit is held on the credit card at delivery — amount ranges from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the vehicle class.

We also offer optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) packages through our insurer — priced by vehicle class and rental duration. Our team walks you through each option step by step before signing.

All insurance options and their costs are disclosed upfront. There are no surprise charges added at the end of your rental period.

Every rental includes 100 miles per day at no additional cost — sufficient for most Miami sightseeing and daily driving.

Additional mileage packages are available at the time of booking. Extended packages are priced per mile and vary by vehicle — ask us for current rates when you call.

For longer road trips to Key West, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, or Orlando, we offer unlimited mileage options on select vehicles with advance booking.

Mileage is tracked via odometer at pickup and return. Overage charges are invoiced at the agreed rate — there are no surprise fees above the stated per-mile price.

Yes. Reservations can be cancelled or modified subject to our cancellation policy, which varies by vehicle class and booking lead time.

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time for most vehicles. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a one-day cancellation fee.

Date modifications (extending or shortening your rental period) are handled directly by our team over the phone at (786) 394-5271 or via WhatsApp. Changes are subject to vehicle availability.

Security deposits are fully refunded to your credit card within 3–7 business days after return, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as delivered.

Security deposits range from $1,500 for entry-level sport vehicles to $5,000 for flagship exotics such as the Ferrari F8 Tributo, Lamborghini Huracan EVO, and Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

The deposit is held as a temporary authorization on your major credit card at the time of delivery — it is not a charge.

The authorization is released within 3–7 business days after the vehicle is returned with no damage, no unpaid tolls, and within the agreed mileage limits.

Debit cards and prepaid cards are not accepted for deposit holds. A Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card in the renter's name is required.

Travel within Florida — including the Florida Keys, Orlando, Tampa, Naples, and West Palm Beach — is permitted on most vehicles with advance notice.

Out-of-state travel (Georgia, New York, etc.) is subject to prior written approval and may require additional insurance coverage. Contact us before booking if you plan to travel beyond Florida state lines.

Extended mileage packages are strongly recommended for any trip longer than Miami-Dade county. Our EZPass transponder works on toll roads throughout the Southeast.

Driving to the Bahamas via ferry is not permitted under any circumstances — vehicles may not leave the continental United States.

All vehicles in our fleet are delivered with a full tank of premium 93-octane gasoline (or fully charged for the Tesla Cybertruck).

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as delivered. If a vehicle is returned below the agreed level, a refueling charge is applied based on the current local fuel price plus a $25 service fee.

All our exotics require premium fuel (93 octane minimum). Using regular or mid-grade gasoline is a violation of the rental agreement and may result in engine repair charges.

The Tesla Cybertruck is returned at the same charge level as delivered. Charging equipment is available at the delivery location upon request.

Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, and cannabis — is strictly prohibited in all vehicles in our fleet.

Any evidence of smoking detected at return will result in a $500–$1,500 detailing and odor removal fee charged to the credit card on file.

Pets are also not permitted without advance written approval. Unauthorized pets may result in a deep-cleaning fee of up to $750.
